• Pre-order items will be shipped within the announced preorder schedule.
• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and cannot be expedited or prioritized.
• For international orders only: Import taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST, and other local fees (if applicable) are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
