01 — Change of Mind

Because our products are made and prepared in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or refunds simply due to a change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong variant
  • Changing your mind after placing an order
  • Differences in color due to screen or device settings

Please make sure you have selected the correct item, variant, and quantity before completing your purchase.

02 — Returns

If a return is approved by Rubie Milie, we will provide the return instructions.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, where applicable
  • Sent within the timeframe provided by our team

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective item.

03 — Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 3–5 business days. Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved refunds, a 7% handling fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees paid to local authorities are also non-refundable.

04 — Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

We can only accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
